Jean Val is a character in the film Jean Val Jean had dreamed of becoming a pornstar since he was fourteen years old. He was born in France and has always been smitten by American women. He knew he wanted to get into porn when he initially decided he wanted to do it, and he knew he wanted to do it in America. He went to the AVN Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, when he was 23 years old, and met with every production and distribution firm present. Several companies expressed interest after he identified himself and explained that he aspired to be a porn star. He was subsequently discovered by an agent, who flew him from France to Los Angeles to participate in his first professional scene. Jean's first scene in America, ironically, was with a French woman.
